SYSTEMATIZATION OF ELECTORAL LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ISSUES

This article describes the electoral legislation on the basis of legal information. The role and importance of the electoral code in this legislation, why the electoral laws are exactly codified, and changes in the electoral legislation have been consistently analyzed. The article provides targeted links to legislation, research results and opinions of foreign and national scientists, as well as the study of world experience. Information with tables is given in the context of the topic. At the same time, as a result of the study of the topic of the article, suggestions and recommendations were made that will contribute to the further development of electoral legislation.
