MEHNAT NIZOLARINI HAL ETISHDA MEDIATSIYANING IQTISODIY SAMARADORLIGI: XARAJAT-FOYDA TAHLILI

Maqola mehnat nizolarini hal etishda mediatsiyaning iqtisodiy samaradorligini tahlil qilishga bag'ishlangan. Xarajatlar va foyda tahlili (CBA) metodologiyasi asosida mediatsiyani qo'llashning miqdoriy ko'rsatkichlari belgilangan. Buyuk Britaniya (ACAS), AQSh (FMCS) va Turkiya (majburiy mediatsiya) tajribasi bo'yicha empirik ma'lumotlar tahlil qilindi. Mediatsiyaning iqtisodiy afzalliklari — to'g'ridan-to'g'ri xarajatlarni kamaytirish, nizolarni hal qilish muddatini qisqartirish, kadrlar almashinuvini oldini olish va tashkilot muhitini yaxshilash — ko'rsatildi. O'zbekiston Respublikasida mediatsiya samaradorligini baholash metodologiyasini joriy etish bo'yicha tavsiyalar berildi.
