ALIMONY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARENTS AND CHILDREN

In this article, the obligation of parents to provide support for their minor children, the procedure for paying alimony, the amount of alimony paid to their minor children, the amount of alimony paid to their adult children, additional expenses for child support , reducing the amount of alimony or exempting it from payment, providing support to children deprived of parental care, the amount and order of support given to parents, issues of responsibility for refusing to pay alimony are discussed and will be illuminated.
