POLICE REFORMS AND INVESTIGATIONS IN FRANCE

Abstract

In this article, one of the European countries studied the history of the human rights system in France, a law enforcement system, publication, criminal case, criminal proceedings and preliminary investigations. Also in France, police and gendarmerie powers, social and security in society provide forces in the investigation. The country studied in the traditional form of the country, which is investigated by the Romanian-German legal family, while the implementation of police activities is explained. The main tasks of the police and the investigation authority are covered in the article.
