THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND THEIR COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF JUDICIAL AND OTHER ACTS

This article analyzes the enforcement of judicial and other acts based on international practice and legal scholars’ perspectives. The enforcement mechanisms of France, Germany, the United States, and European Union countries are studied. Based on this, existing problems in the practice of Uzbekistan are identified, and practical recommendations and solutions are proposed.
