Abstract

In this article we will talk about the contractual relations of participation in construction on the basis of equity participation, at the same time, the experience of foreign countries on participation in construction on the basis of equity participation, which is recognized as exemplary in international law, is carefully studied. In addition, the legislation of foreign countries regulating contractual relations for participation in construction on the basis of equity participation is described.
