IMPROVING THE PROCURATOR'S SERVICE PROCEDURE: ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL LEGISLATION

The article analyzes legislation governing service in the prosecutor's offices of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the specific features of such service, the principle of independence of employees in prosecutor's offices and institutions during their service, as well as the actions that prosecutor's office employees must adhere to. Additionally, it highlights the importance of prosecutorial control in the performance of duties assigned to prosecutor's office employees. Furthermore, to improve the procedures for service in the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, substantiated scientific conclusions were developed based on research by legal scholars, the experience of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus, and recommendations from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and other international organizations.References
