MEHNAT FAOLIYATIDA KASBIY VA IJTIMOIY KOMPETENTLIKNING KORRELYATSIYASI

Mazkur maqolada kasbiy va ijtimoiy kompetensiya tushunchalarining mohiyati, ularning shakllanish omillari hamda faoliyat jarayonidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqligi sotsiologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Jamiyat taraqqiyoti, raqamli transformatsiya va mehnat bozorining dinamikasi shaxsdan nafaqat kasbiy bilim va ko‘nikmalarni, balki ijtimoiy munosabatlarni samarali yo‘lga qo‘yish, jamoada konstruktiv muloqot o‘rnata olishni ham talab etmoqda. Shu bois kasbiy kompetensiya mutaxassisning mehnat faoliyatidagi samaradorligini belgilasa, ijtimoiy kompetensiya uning ijtimoiy tizimga moslashuvi, kommunikativ salohiyati va jamoaviy hamkorlikdagi muvaffaqiyatini ta’minlaydi. Tadqiqotda ushbu ikki kompetensiyaning faoliyatdagi korrelyatsiyasi sotsiologik nazariyalar, empirik kuzatuvlar va zamonaviy boshqaruv amaliyoti asosida yoritilib, ular o‘rtasidagi uzviy bog‘liqlik ochib beriladi.
