The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of mechanisms for developing the managerial competencies of women leaders, as well as modern institutional approaches and their practical significance. In the context of increasing globalization, digitalization, and gender equality principles, the development of women’s managerial potential is regarded as an important factor in the development of the state and society. The article
examines key competencies of women leaders, such as strategic thinking, effective decision-making, team management, emotional intelligence, communication, digital literacy, and remote management skills. It also highlights the role of mechanisms such as mentoring and coaching programs, institutional support systems, gender policies, corporate inclusive approaches, and modern education and professional development mechanisms. Based on international experience and best practices, scientific conclusions and practical recommendations have been developed. The innovative and integrated mechanisms proposed in the article are substantiated as tools for improving the managerial effectiveness of women leaders, ensuring gender equality, and strengthening the competitiveness of organizations.
