CENTERS AND COMMUNICATIONS OF EURASIAN CULTURE: ONTOLOGICAL AND METAPHYSICAL ASPECTS

The main centers of culture in Eurasia, where it originated, are considered. These are, first of all, the regions of Western Asia, Ancient Egypt, Ancient India, Ancient China, Ancient Greece, and the Arab world. Later, similar centers of culture appeared in Europe, Russia, Japan, and Mesoamerica. Great importance is given to the three great Eurasian revolutions: the Neolithic (10-12 thousand years ago), the "Axial Age of the VIII-II centuries BC" and "Axial time of the XVI-XVII centuries". Attention is drawn to two theses. Everything present in culture as a whole was created within the framework of national cultures. Of decisive importance for the development of cultures are contacts between their various elements and structures. The contribution of individual regions to the formation of world culture is briefly assessed and the processes of distribution of outstanding artifacts and concepts of culture of the generally recognized centers of Eurasia to other countries of the continent are considered. This was carried out both in traditional ways: The Great Silk Road, as a result of voyages along the coasts of the Indian Ocean, and as a result of explosive effects too. The latter include the first four information revolutions that took place in Eurasia: the emergence of language, the creation of writing, the invention of printing, the discovery of electrical and then electronic means of communication. In addition, this should include the era of "Great geographical discoveries" and the scientific revolution of the seventeenth century. This corresponds to the ontological aspects of the development of culture as forming the ideological picture of the world of a Eurasian person. Metaphysical aspects are also considered in detail as the basis of cultural catalysts for development and the formation of planetary networks of cultural interactions, which are now beginning to cover the entire globe. Almost all cultures contribute to this process, forming scientific, educational, economic and financial networks. Literature, art, cinema, sports actively influence these processes. The foundations of such network interactions began to form in Eurasia many millennia ago, which ensured their sustainability.
