Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda innovaциyalar va uning natijalarini tijoratlashtirish uchun zarur shart-sharoitlarni yaratuvchi qonunchilik bazasi yoritilgan. Innovaциyalarni rag'batlantirishning moliyaviy va nomoliyaviy vositalari to'g'risida ma'lumot berilgan va neft-gaz sanoatida innovaциon jarayonlarni joriy etish mexanizmida ayrim muammolar aniqlangan. Xulosa sifatida ishlab chiqarishga innovaциon boshqaruv usullarini keng joriy etish uchun qulay shart- sharoitlar yaratishga qaratilgan muayyan tamoyillar asosida respublika neft-gaz sanoatida innovaциon siyosatni shakllantirish bo‘yicha takliflar berildi.
