EFFECTIVE FORMS OF INTRODUCING INNOVATIVE METHODS OF ORGANIZING AND MANAGING AN ENTERPRISE IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY OF UZBEKISTAN

This article highlights the legal framework that creates the necessary conditions for innovation and commercialization of its results in Uzbekistan. Information is provided on financial and non- financial instruments for stimulating innovation and some problems are identified in the mechanism for implementing innovation processes in the oil and gas industry. In conclusion, proposals are given on the formation of an innovation policy in the oil and gas industry of the republic based on certain principles aimed at creating favorable conditions for the widespread introduction of innovative management methods into production.
