Ushbu maqola I.M. Gubkin nomidagi Rossiya davlat neft va gaz universitetining Toshkentdagi talabalarining neft va gaz korxonalari tomonidan taqdim etilgan amaliyotlarni o‘tash bo‘yicha tajribasini o‘rganadi. Tadqiqot so‘rovlar va individual suhbatlarni o‘z ichiga olgan aralash uslubni qo‘llash orqali bir qancha muhim muammolarni ochib berdi. Talabalarning deyarli yarmi amaliyot tashkil etilishidan qoniqish bildirgan bo‘lsa-da, ko‘pchilik uning sifatini o‘rtachadan past darajada baholagan. Amaliyotni faqat rus tilida o‘tkazishga katta ehtiyoj borligi kuzatildi. Moliyaviy yordam ko‘pchilik talabalar uchun muhim omil bo‘lib chiqdi. Shuningdek, o‘quv jarayonini yaxshilash uchun murabbiylikni talab qilish yuqori darajada ekanligi aniqlandi. Eng tashvishlanarli jihat shundaki, barcha talabalar real loyihalarda qatnashish imkoniyatiga ega emasligi va berilgan resurslar yetarli emasligini ta’kidladi. Natijada, aksariyat talabalar amaliyotdan so‘ng professional faoliyatga tayyor emasliklarini his qilishdi. Ushbu xulosalar neft va gaz sohasida amaliyot dasturlarining sifatini oshirish uchun boshqaruv tuzilmalarini yaxshilash, yetarli resurslar bilan ta'minlash va mazmunli loyihalarni kiritish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
