The article deals with tthe experience of the dual education system in Germany. Some conditions for the introduction of a dual approach into the educational system of the Branch
of Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M.Gubkin in Tashkent are outlined. One of the advantages of the dual learning model is the professional adaptation of the student, which occurs during the learning process. The results show comptehensive opportunities
for future specialists acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge at the same time.
