ESSENCE, CHARACTERISTICS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES OF TEACHING

This article is devoted to highlighting the essence, characteristics and effectiveness of pedagogical training technologies. Increasing requirements for professional training of future specialists are associated with increasing tasks and programs of socio-economic development of Uzbekistan at the present stage, increasing the volume of information and improving socio-cultural and economic relations. At the same time, the contradiction between the growing needs and the existing practice of teaching university students is becoming more acute; new trends in higher education, requirements for the learning process according to standards, curricula, and the uncertainty of choosing the most effective ways of learning. The way out of this situation is the use of pedagogical technologies developed by modern pedagogical science. These objective requirements for the level of effectiveness of educational activities in higher education institutions determined the choice and relevance of the topic of this article: “Pedagogical technologies of teaching: the essence, their characteristics and effectiveness”.
