Abstract

The article provides an analysis of scientific and scientific-pedagogical literature on the technology of studying fiction and historical literature in the preparation of future history teachers. To this end, the need to form historical thinking, first of all, in future history teachers, to equip them with effective ways to develop historical thinking for secondary school students, was analyzed and practical conclusions were drawn.
