CHARACTERISTICS OF TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH TO THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

This article describes the specifics of the technological approach to the upbringing process in educational institutions. Today it is necessary to improve the spiritual and moral content of the educational institution, to instill in students the spirit of independence, high spirituality and devotion to the national traditions of mankind, to carry out large-scale spiritual and moral work.
It is now advisable to abandon the old approaches to the conduct of educational activities. Indeed, in the process of organizing an event based on a ready-made scenario, students, who are its main subjects, are considered not as an active participant and a person who determines the outcome of the event, but as a simple performer.
The role of the teacher in the organization and conduct of educational activities should not be to give orders, but to guide students, to direct their activities and to provide them with advice where necessary.
