Abstract

The article discusses the effectiveness of the existing highly qualified personnel training systems and its impact on strengthening the national security and stability of Uzbekistan. The ongoing work to improve the effectiveness of the national training system in the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed. The acute problems in the field of higher education that require immediate resolution are highlighted. The authors pay attention to the study and implementation of the experience of the Euro-Atlantic structure, in particular the European Union in the field of education. Discussed are documents that mainly consider structural restructuring of higher education in the Eurozone, as well as partnership and continuing education, the priority of dialogue with students on the creation of the modern educational systems. The issue of bilateral and multilateral cooperation of the EU with the countries of Central Asia, in particular the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of higher education, was discussed in detail. The effectiveness of the implementation of such programs as Tempus and Erasmus +, as well as the Indicative Program of the partnership was evaluated. The positive impact of this cooperation on the process of implementing reforms in the field of education in Uzbekistan has been revealed.
