В статье раскрываются этапы развития института антикоррупционной экспертизы нормативных правовых актов и их проектов. В статье также представлена информация о важных мерах по совершенствованию правовых основ института антикоррупционной экспертизы. В заключение статьи автор внес предложения по совершенствованию правовых основ института антикоррупционной экспертизы в Узбекистане.
