Ushbu maqolada gender pedagogikasining dolzarb muammolari atroflicha tahlil qilinib, pedagogik jarayonda "gender" toifasini joriy etish muhim ahamiyatga egaligi asoslangan, gender xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda shaxsni shakllantirish muammolarini samarali hal qila oladigan gender bilimga ega mutaxassisni tayyorlash va o‘quvchilarni ijtimoiy tarbiyalashda gender yondashuvni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha o‘qituvchining gender kompetensiyasi modeli ishlab chiqilgan, natijada o‘quvchi shaxsini tarbiyalash va o‘qitishda gender yondashuvini amalga oshirish ko‘nikmalarga imkon yaratilgan.
