ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF GENDER PEDAGOGY

In this article, the actual problems of gender pedagogy are thoroughly analyzed, and based on the importance of introducing the "gender" category in the pedagogical process, a model of teacher's gender competence has been developed to prepare a specialist with gender knowledge who can effectively solve the problems of personality formation taking into account gender characteristics, and to implement a gender approach in the social education of students, as a result, the ability to implement the gender approach in education and training of the student's personality has been created.
