АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ГЕНДЕРНОЙ ПЕДАГОГИКИ

В данной статье подробно проанализированы актуальные проблемы гендерной педагогики, и исходя из важности введения категории «гендер» в педагогический процесс, разработана модель гендерной компетентности педагога для подготовки специалиста, обладающего гендерными знаниями, способного эффективно решать задачи формирования личности с учетом гендерных особенностей, и реализовывать гендерный подход в социальном воспитании обучающихся, в результате создана возможность реализации гендерного подхода в воспитании и воспитании личности обучающегося.
