Ushbu maqolada bolalarda kechayotgan bakterial o‘tkir diareya kasalliklarining etiologiyasi va klinik kechishidagi xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Klinik kuzatuvimizda o‘tkir diareyalar bilan kasallangan 260 nafar 3 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar olingan. Bemorlarni tekshirishda umumiy klinik, bakteriologik, serologik, immunologik va statistik tahlil usullardan foydalanilgan. O‘tkir ichak infeksiyalarida polirezistent Salmonella typhimurium var. Copengagen 63% va 36% foiz hollarda Clostridi difficile shtammi chaqirganligi aniqlandi. Bakteriologik tekshiruv natijalarini bolalar yoshiга nisbatan taqqoslanganda esa dizenteriyadan (ichburug‘) farqli o‘laroq, salmonellezli infeksiya 1 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarda ishonchli ko‘proq qayd etilgan. Dizenteriya bir yoshdan oshgan bolalar orasida, bir yoshga to‘lmagan bolalarga qaraganda 3 marta yuqori bo‘lgan. Shigella Zonnening ahamiyati sezilarli darajada ortganligi aniqlangan.
