СОВРЕМЕННАЯ ДИНАМИКА РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЯ И КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЙ БАКТЕРИАЛЬНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ ЖЕЛУДОЧНО-КИШЕЧНОГО ТРАКТА

Проведен анализ структуры и клинических особенностей бактериальных кишечных инфекции у детей раннего возраста. Было проведено обследование и наблюдение за 260 детьми в возрасте от 3 месяц от 3 лет. Использованы общеклинический, иммунологический, бактериологический, серологический и статический методы исследования.
Проведенные клинико-лабораторные исследования у детей больных с бактериальными кишечными инфекциями выявили наличие полирезистентных штаммов сальмонеллеза (Salmonella typhimurium var.Сopengagen) 63% случаев и 36% случаев Clostridi difficile. Частота заболеваемости дизентерией и эшерихиозами среди детей старше одного года в 2-3 раза выше, чем среди детей в возрасте до одного года. При сальмонеллезной и шигеллезной инфекции микробиоценоз кишечника характеризовался ассоциацией микроорганизмов. Клиническое течение бактериальной кишечных инфекции у детей раннего возраста в современных условиях обусловлена зависимостью этиологии возбудителя, в сочетанном поражении отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта и склонностью развития рецидивов болезни.
