Ushbu maqolada "O'zbekiston temir yo'llari" AJ tarkibiga kiruvchi TCH-1 elektrovoz deposida lokomotiv ekipaji ishchilarini ish joylarini attestatsiyadan o'tkazish natijalarini tahlil qiladi. Lokomotiv haydovchilari va ularning yordamchilarining ish sharoitlari ularga tashqi va ichki ishlab chiqarish omillarining ta'siri bilan belgilanadi. Lokomotiv ekipaji ishchilarida sensorineyral eshitish halokati va tebranish kasalligi kabi kasb kasalliklarining paydo bo'lish tendentsiyalari aniqlandi. Aniqlangan kamchiliklar bo'yicha aniq takliflar aniqlanadi. Olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko'ra, bunday sharoitlarda ko'p yillik funktsional o'zgarishlarni keltirib chiqarish mumkinligi aniqlandi, bu ko'p hollarda ishlab chiqarish bilan bog'liq kasallanishning ko'payishiga, 15 yildan keyin yoki undan keyin kasbiy kasalliklarning dastlabki belgilari yoki engil shakllarining paydo bo'lishiga olib keladi.
