Abstract

This article analyzes the role of educational transformation in enhancing human potential. In particular, it explores the opportunities for developing intellectual, creative, and professional capacities through innovative technologies and modern pedagogical and psychological approaches. The paper also highlights the strategic tasks of integrating the education system with economic sectors and discusses how these processes contribute to the formation of a competitive human capital that drives socio-economic development. The article focuses on the impact of contemporary educational approaches on human capacity, mechanisms for their practical implementation, and the identification of future priority directions.
