SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION OF EMPLOYEE ACTIVITIES IN ORGANIZATIONS

This article focuses on approaches and theories related to the correct organization of the activities of employees of organizations and their management. In particular, the emphasis is on the gradual development of rules, norms, principles of public service as a social institution regulating various spheres of people's lives based on such theories and approaches. The article highlights managerial, administrative and human relations formed within the framework of improving management technologies as a result of reforms carried out in the selection, education and placement of personnel, as well as theories of representatives of scientific schools in the countries of America and Western Europe in the twentieth century. The article analyzes approaches to organizing labor based on standards, developing personnel and managerial management, improving the social conditions of employees.
