SOCIAL PROBLEMS OF THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULE OF LAW IN THE INSTITUTIONS OF EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENT

This article discusses decisions on additional measures to ensure transparency and openness of the activities of internal affairs bodies in connection with the deprivation of liberty in institutions of the 48th address of the Main Department for the Execution of Sentences of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (JIBB) and to ensure its effective implementation, protection of the interests of prisoners, at the same time, as a result of the conducted scientific research, the results of a targeted study aimed at eliminating problems and shortcomings in the management policy of the muskur system, they were compared with the results of the previous political period and reflected issues such as their forecasting. In this regard, educational and socio-psychological quotations from the words of famous criminologists are analyzed. The summary section presents the necessary scientific recommendations to eliminate the identified shortcomings.
