Abstract

The article defines the social factors of improving the quality of training of highly qualified personnel. To date, the higher education system in the direction of training highly qualified personnel still has a number of urgent problems and shortcomings that need to be addressed. Of particular importance is the process of training future specialists, mastering their basic knowledge and skills in the field of science, forming the need for active knowledge and self-improvement of the individual. The formation of a creative personality is one of the main tasks of the concept of modernization of education. The most important requirement for the modern process of professional training is the active, independent, conscious activity of students, their purposeful efforts to successfully complete tasks. In the development of the personality of the future specialist, the formation of positive motives and effective goals is important, since they are the most important determinants of activity. The structure of the student's motives becomes the core of the future specialist's personality. Thus, the development of positive learning motives is an integral part of the process of forming a student's personality.
