Abstract

This article analyzes issues related to promoting a healthy lifestyle and rational nutrition of the population through the example of Uzbekistan and Turkey. Based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization and national legislation, a comparative study of the programs and initiatives implemented in both countries is carried out. Using pickled cucumber canning as a case study, the influence of dietary culture, climate, and physiological factors is demonstrated. Special attention is given to the fact that human health is one of the key factors for sustainable socio-economic development and spiritual progress of society; shaping a healthy lifestyle, rational nutrition, and adherence to scientifically grounded hygienic norms are recognized as supreme values. The article also highlights the prospects of strengthening public health by adapting Turkish experience to national conditions. It provides a scientific and theoretical foundation for reforms in the field of healthy nutrition.
