SOCIAL MECHANISMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This article presents the main features that determine the quality of the educational process and the rules that form the basis of the concept of a quality system in higher education. The authors consider in detail the problems of reforming education at the level of modern requirements, raising its quality to a high level of demand, defines the concept of developing a quality management system in higher education. Before creating or improving a quality management system in higher education,
it is important to understand what exactly this concept consists of. It is also analyzed that the universal quality management system based on the principles of quality management in higher education consists of seven strategic management systems. The article presents the results of a sociological study conducted to determine the factors of the development of quality management systems in higher education.
