FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING WOMEN'S MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES

This article analyzes the importance of using foreign experience in developing the management competencies of women leaders. Effective mechanisms aimed at strengthening the role of women leaders in organizations and improving their skills in strategic thinking, decision-making and team management are studied on a global scale. Successful cases from international practices, educational programs and inclusive management models are shown, as well as ways to increase women's leadership potential. Global approaches developed to ensure gender equality, support innovative thinking and expand opportunities for women leaders are also analyzed. In the current context, practical proposals and recommendations are developed to increase the contribution of women leaders to economic and social development by adapting these experiences to local conditions.
