СОЦИАЛЬНО-ФИЛОСОФСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ПОНИМАНИЯ ЗНАЧЕНИЯ ФЕНОМЕНА СВОБОДЫ СЛОВА В ОБЩЕСТВЕННОМ РАЗВИТИИ

В статье рассматриваются аспекты свободы слова как наиболее важного феномена общественного развития. Приводятся основные формулировки понятия «свободы слова» в современном контексте и социально-философской интерпретации. Отмечается, что для формирования устойчивого развития социума, сохранения толерантности и стабильности требуется определенный уровень свободы слова. Указывается, что свобода слова отличается от вседозволенности и основным условием демократизации общества является тонкий баланс между свободой выражения мыслей и сохранением чувства собственного достоинства меньшинств. Приведены основные требования адекватной теории свободы слова.
