Abstract

In the context of modern societal development, communication
processes are becoming increasingly complex, and the interaction between
discourse and meaning is acquiring a dynamic transformational character. In
particular, due to globalization, digital technologies, and the expansion of the
information space, the transformation of meanings has a direct impact on the
social, political, and cultural development of society. In this process, discourse
functions not only as a means of information exchange but also as an important
communicative mechanism for the formation and reconstruction of meaning.
However, existing scientific studies have not sufficiently systematized the
communicative mechanisms of discourse and meaning transformation, especially
regarding their impact on social development, as well as issues of manipulation
and interpretation of meanings in the information environment. Therefore, this
article comprehensively examines the communicative mechanisms of discourse
and meaning transformation in social development, their formation factors,
functional characteristics, and their influence on information exchange and social
relations in society.
