DESIGN OF INFOCOMMUNICATION NETWORKS USING THE PENALTY FUNCTION METHOD

The purpose of this article is to design infocommunication networks by applying the method of penalty functions. An important task of the effective design of infocommunication networks is to find the optimal structure, according to the criterion of network-wide reduced costs, taking into account restrictions on the quality of transmitted many products information flows. The proposed method allows taking into account all the technical parameters of the network, as well as the integration of information resources located in different geographical locations and does not require that the starting point belongs to a valid area.
