SOME ASPECTS OF COMBAT AGAINST ROCK MANIFESTATIONS IN THE WELLS OF THE FERGANA OIL AND GAS REGION REPRESENTED SECTIONS WITH UNSTABLE ROCKS

The article analyzes domestic and foreign experience in combating sand and rock occurrences during the completion and subsequent operation of wells stacked with unstable weakly cemented reservoirs up to 3000 m deep. It is noted that the experience of operating such wells in conditions of abnormally high reservoir pressures and large depths of wells exceeding 5000m is very limited.
The experience of foreign companies in fixing loose rocks with various curable chemical compositions has been studied and generalized.
The world analysis has also shown that one of the effective ways to prevent sand and rock formation in conditions of high pressures and temperatures is the use of downhole special filters. In the light of the urgency of solving the problem of ensuring the stability of boreholes, the necessity of developing technologies and devices capable of preventing the destruction of the integrity of the well and the removal of uncemented rock in conditions of high pressure differences between the formation and the well in relation to the conditions of the Fergana oil and gas region is justified.
