PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF YOUTH IN THE CONDITIONS OF PAID INTERNSHIPS AT THE ENTERPRISES OF THE INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article examines the professional orientation of youth in the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the context of the chosen profession. A social research was carried out and conclusions were drawn to increase the interest of students in their specialty. The introduction of field practical classes in the curriculum entails an increase in students' interest in the professional field. As a result, the activity of future specialists in companies in their specialty increases. The article presents the foreign experience of students undergoing internships, which reflects the level of their readiness for professional activity.
