Ushbu maqolada suvli eritmalar tarkibidagi vodorod ionlari aktivligi ko‘rsatkichini aniqlashning hozirgi kundagi dolzarbligi, pHni o‘lchash vositalarini tekshirish (kalibrlash)da hamda suvli eritmalar uchun pH shkalasini aniqlashning xalqaro OIML R 54 tavsiyalari asosida hosil qilinadigan eritmalarning haroratga bog‘liq o‘zgarishi tahlili  qisqacha yoritib o‘tilgan.
