ТАЪЛИМДА ИННОВАЦИЯ

Ушбу мақолада 21 асрда олий таълим муассасаларида таълимда инновациялар билан боғлиқ масалалар муҳокама қилинади. Ушбу мақоланинг мақсади таълимга таалуқли янгиликлардан фойдаланиш учун дидактикадаги мавжуд ўзгаришларни умумлаштириш ва ўқитувчилар томонидан ўзгаришларни тушунишни тадқиқ қилишдир. Мақола тўрт йўналишни қамраб олади: педагогика мавзусини кенгайтириш, таълимга экологик ёндашув, рақамли авлод ва давом этаётган ўзгаришлар ва таълимдаги инновациялар. Таълим назарияси, образли қилиб айтганда, икки даражага эга. Макро даражада таълим-жамият муносабатлари марказлашмаган ва диверсификациялашган, таълим байналмилаллаштирилиб, рақамли технологиялар жорий этилмоқда. Микро даражада ўқитувчи-талаба муносабатлари анъанавий ва инновацион усулларни фаол бирлаштириб, фаолият ёндашувини энергия-ахборот муҳити ёндашуви, билиш конструктивизми ва коннективизми билан бирлаштирилади.
