Muloqot - bu biz har kuni qiladigan va boshqalar bilan munosabatda bo'lish va jamiyatning funktsional a'zosi bo'lish uchun tug'ilgan kunimizdan boshlab o'rganishimiz kerak bo'lgan narsa. O'zimiz bilan aloqa qilish ko'nikmalarini doimiy ravishda yaxshilashni o'rganishimiz kerak, biz o'zimizga kerak bo'lgan narsalarni va nimani his qilayotganimizni boshqalarga bildirishimiz va boshqalarga ularning ehtiyojlari va muammolari bilan yordam berishimiz kerak. Biz har kuni bir-birimiz bilan muloqot qiladigan turli xil usullar mavjud. Ushbu maqolada aloqa ahamiyati, aloqa turlari, aloqa kontseptsiyasining tarixi va og'zaki bo'lmagan aloqa masalalari ko'rib chiqilgan.
