“Kadrlar tayyorlash milliy dasturi” (1997) O`zbekistonda barcha uchun talim olishni kafolatlaganiga qaramasdan, boshlang`ich ta`lim sifati ayniqsa o`zlashtirishi qiyin bo`lgan bolalar uchun pastligicha qolmoqda. Ushbu maqolaning asosiy maqsadi ham “o`zlashtirishi qiyin bo`lgan bolalar” deb atalgan va ko`pchilik pedagoglar e`tiboridan chetda qolayotgan atamasini tushunishga qaratilgan. O`zbekistonda ushbu mavzu haligacha muhim lekin kam o`rganilayotgan mavzulardan biriligicha qolmoqda. Maqolada shuningdek o`zlarining shaxsiyatidan kelib chiqib turli xil yo`llarda o`zlashtiradigan bolalar haqida ham so`z yuritiladi. Vanihoyat, Maqola shuningdek o`zlashtirishda qiyinchilikka uchraydigan bolalar va nogironligi bor bolalardan iborat sinf xonasida munosib metod tanlay bilish va uning ahamiyatini izohlashga harakat qilinadi.
