RELATIONSHIP OF EMOTIONS WITH THE MENTAL STATE OF HIGHLY QUALIFIED FIGHTERS

The emerging emotional states in athletes are characterized by specific influences of external factors on internal processes. The processes of specific emotional impact on the mental state of athletes are associated with the involvement of psychophysiological functions. The subtle connection between mental and physiological processes is manifested in the psycho-emotional state of athletes. The current stage in the development of martial arts is characterized by the growing popularity of non-Olympic martial arts. This article examines the connection between emotions and the mental state of highly qualified wrestlers.
