PEDAGOGICAL BASES OF FORMATION OF READING CULTURE IN CHILDREN OF FAMILY ORPHANAGES

This article describes the state's care and humanitarian policy for orphans and children deprived of parental care, as well as the factors of raising children in the newly established family orphanage, in particular, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a culture of reading among young people.
Literature of various genres has been analyzed, and many books and films have been written about it, but it is rare to read them. Therefore, this article provides information on the formation of reading skills in young people.
