Almost all theories of personality are based on the assumption that personality as a socio psychological phenomenon is a stable education in its basic manifestations. The stability of a personality characterizes the sequence of actions and the predictability of its behavior, gives its actions a natural character. The feeling of stability of one's own personality and the personality of another is an important condition for the inner well-being of a person and the establishment of normal relationships with other people
