METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF MANAGING IN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

The pedagogical process is unthinkable without such a component as management, which includes the analysis and evaluation of the activities of subjects of educational work, planning, development and decision-making, accounting and control, coordination of activities, organizational, personnel and logistical support, vocational training and education of students. The concept of management has steadily entered into use in various fields of knowledge. The English word “manage” comes from the root of the Latin word “manus” (hand). This term meant the ability to domesticate horses and manage them. Currently, it is said about management in the material and spiritual spheres, as people’s activities are also subject to management.
