PROBLEMS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENT YOUTH

The relevance of this article due to the fact that at present the existing system of physical education of student's youth can not cope with the existing problems of the deterioration of the physical health of students. Research confirms that a significant part of young specialists leave the walls of the educational institution with a lower level of physical health than they had upon arrival at the university.
The problem of the deterioration of physical fitness and health of student's youth is an important public issue. The aim of this study is to identify factors that have a negative impact on student health and the identification of methods to combat them.
