FEATURES OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM OF UZBEKISTAN AND FINLAND

In this article, the current state of higher education development is an integral part of the integrated global economic space, our republic faces the task of organizing the activities of the education system at the level of the world and Asia, particular attention is paid to the issues of integration into the international education system, the organization of the personnel training system at the level of the modern international labor market. Suggestions and recommendations on the development of the education system of Uzbekistan are given. At the same time, it was noted that education is one of the most important factors for the introduction of new technologies in all spheres of human activity, increasing competitiveness and well-being.
