POSSIBILITIES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION MEANS IN THE FORMATION OF VOLITIONAL QUALITIES IN SCHOOLCHILDREN

The article examines the essence and structure of physical education means used in the author's dissertation research, the possibilities of these means, their manifestation in adolescence and the peculiarities of their formation. The methods of using a complex program in the formation of volitional qualities, the importance of exercises in the formation of volitional qualities, as well as the methods used in the formation of such qualities in schoolchildren as overcoming various difficulties in the learning process are analyzed.
