DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE LEVEL OF SUBJECTIVE CONTROL IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL IMPORTANT PERSONAL QUALITIES IN FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the level of subjective control and factor analysis of students of different courses. The important personal and professional qualities of future psychologists and the process of professional development are discussed. Needs, interests, attitudes, beliefs and other components of a person's motivational sphere that are encountered and realized through the profession are considered as elements of professional qualities. To achieve professional qualities, you must have the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out activities. In particular, it is important that students understand the essence of the chosen profession and the formation of certain qualities.
