In this paper we consider the question of the decisive role of the teaching staff of Higher educational institutions in the formation of correct aesthetic and artistic taste of the students directions of training "Directors of film, television and radio" This topic is supported by numerous decrees and orders of the President of Uzbekistan, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan thematic scientific literature and calendar plans-specific works in the direction "Culture and education" in specialized educational institutions. The set of problems is revealed by a set of specific methods and ways to solve the issues-thematic seminars, joint views and discussions, etc. tools of modern theater pedagogy.
